I think the simplest way to use it is to set the rules of the tournament and say, "The parts that are not listed in this rule are in accordance with the "Kardoblog Grand Rule"." This rule has a big name, but it was created by Yoshi himself and has no force. It is not absolutely necessary to use this rule when holding the tournament, and you can freely modify it. Please use freely at your own risk.

Kardo Blog Grand Rule (2016/12/13)

1. Prerequisites

• In any case, the organizer's judgment has priority over this rule.
• In the event that a case not described in this rule occurs, the sponsor will judge.

2. Precautions when participating in the competition

• No one person may participate in the same tournament with more than one tag at the same time. If you want to exchange tags during the tournament, you must notify the organizer of that fact and ask for judgment.

3. Precautions before the match starts

• Participants will have access to the gathering tools by the time notified by the organizer in advance.
• If the participants do not appear by the time, the organizer can choose the reservoir according to the method announced in advance or by arbitration on the spot.
• The late person will be disqualified the moment the reservoir is officially decided. If the original participant appears before that, the original participant takes priority. If the original participant appears after the official determination of the reservoir, the reservoir will take priority.

4.Regulation

• The person who sets up the table must set up the table in accordance with the regulations set by the organizer. All the participants will check if there are any mistakes in the regulations and then choose to start the match. If you make a mistake, you must point it to the master and let him correct it.
• If you start the match on the wrong condition, if it is within 5R of the start, it will be replayed only once. All players will be disqualified if they noticed after the start 6R or if they started the match twice or more under the wrong conditions. However, only if the organizer has given permission, the results of rematches or incorrect conditions may be applied as they are.

5. Prohibited matters during competition

• An opponent must not compete while watching the screen distributed by his opponent or obtaining information from the person watching the distribution.
• Don't use cheats.
• Do not intentionally disconnect.
• You are completely free to communicate with your opponent during the match. However, it is prohibited to communicate with your opponent in a way that only a part of the opponent can perceive. For example, calling with Skype by only two of your opponents is prohibited.
• Trading conditions that exceed the framework of the game, such as the awarding of gold merchandise, should not be presented to opponents.
• Never attempt to win a specific opponent in a match for any purpose other than to win the tournament. For example, the act of intentionally stepping on a large amount of money to end the game is prohibited, but it is not prohibited to intentionally step on B's high-value territory because A is the overall champion of the tournament unless A wins.

When 6.1 to 2 people become AI

• If the start of AI is within 5R and the participant is AI for the first time in the match, the match is interrupted and rematched.
• If it is AId after the start 6R or if the participant is AId after the second time in the match, the match will continue. The ranking of AI is reflected as it is, and it is not advanced. However, only with the permission of the organizer will the match be replayed.

7. If all are AI (the same applies when split into two and two)

• It is the first time that the game has been AId by everyone, and if the start is within 5R, the game is interrupted and the game is restarted.
• If all of them became AI after the start 6R or if it is the second time in the game, the game will be interrupted and the ranking at the time of AI conversion will be the final result. However, only with the permission of the organizer will the match be replayed.

8. Rules for rematch

• At the time of the rematch, you can freely use any book that has already been edited. Do not edit the book between breaks and rematches.

9. About battle results

• At the time of discontinuation, the ranking will be the result.
• If the total magical power is the same at the end of the period, the ranking is "People with good qualifying ranks> (when the tournament is the second match or later) Those with a lot of total magical power in the immediately preceding battle> Those with fast procedures" It is decided in order of priority.

10. Disqualification

• Participants who violate the above prohibition will be disqualified and will not be able to participate in the competition or match.
• In case of vacancies due to disqualification etc., the organizer can choose the reservoir according to the method announced in advance or by arbitration on the spot.
