解答
1.は残らない(確認済み)。2.については、DS版でバロウワイトが先制アイテムで攻撃成功後土地を奪われ、その土地に新しく配置された侵略側のクリーチャーに呪いが残ったのを覚えている。そのため同じ仕様ならリボルトでも呪いは残ると思われる（急に思い出したが、今私は確認できない）。これを自信持って答えられるセプターはまず居ないのでは。
